Even though we mainly consider ourselves a Wound Care Ministry, MMI needs medical volunteers to help us operate the medical clinic during the project time spent in the bush. Each patient receives free medical attention regardless of their religious beliefs. We use storytelling to teach patients how to prevent and cure common health problems and use illustrations to teach patients how to take their medicines.
For the success of the project, we need nurses, LPN, NP, and volunteers. You will be working alongside Togolese nationals who already have training with these projects.
We also pray for our patients, and share the Good News of Jesus with them. We know that the people who come to our clinics, need more than physical bandages for the wounds on their bodies; even more, they need to know the love and power of Christ.
