Medical Mission International sends mission teams to Togo, West Africa.
We are now focusing our ministry efforts in Togo, West Africa. You can join us! Each project lasts two weeks – see below for more information.
In Togo, we offer both medical consults and wound care in the bush. In our wound care clinic in Sokode (La Maison Bethesda) we are authorized to do only wound care.
1. Your Time In The Bush
Our teams camp in villages, close to where we hold clinics. Tenting in the villages allows us to live the full experience of trans-cultural ministry and keeps us located near the clinic so we don’t have to travel long distances to and from the bush site every day, allowing us to see more patients.
2. Your Time At “La Maison Bethesda”
Upon your arrival at Bethesda, you will be seeing the wound care patients residing at the clinic. The next day, dressings are changed on all patients and we prepare ourselves to travel to the project in the bush the next day. We will stay in the bush 6-7 days before returning to “Bethesda” at the end to spend 2 days changing dressings on our in-patients and giving few consultations.
If you are interested in joining us for a medical/wound care project in Togo, please fill out an inquiry form and we will respond to you as soon as possible.
